1- Benefit selection is rolled over from the previous year, can be modified annually, and same benefit can be selected more than once per year
2 - Analytical training can be selected once per 3-year membership term
3 - PPIC bucks can be accrued over a 3-year term for up to: $1,500 (Silver), $3,600 (Gold), $6,000 (Platinum), 
      distributed evenly across the three years. Unused funds can be carried over year-to-year within the membership term
4 - Industry Demo Day consists of a 3 hour to full day demonstration of innovation related to equipment, ingredient/product development among others
