AURI

auri

Given AURI's mission of driving utilization of Minnesota's agricultural products, we recognize the importance of furthering plant protein knowledge and innovation to both service our mission and sustainably feed the growing global population.

AURI is an acronym for the Agricultural Utilization Research Institute, a nonprofit corporation created by the Minnesota state legislature in 1989 to drive utilization and farmer revenue for MN's agricultural products. Our mission is to foster long-term economic benefit through value-added agricultural products, by using science and technology to help develop and commercialize new and innovative uses across food, renewable energy, biobased products, and coproducts or waste utilization. In essence, we are a consultancy of experienced scientists, engineers, and economic developers that provide affordable and accessible expertise and infrastructure to value added ag businesses that service our mission.
