PPIC was pleased to host members of the Manitoba Department of Agriculture and members of the Consulate General of Canada, for a visit to our St. Paul facility. We were especially honored that Manitoba's Minister of Agriculture, Derek Johnson, was able to join. We had thoughtful discussions including the status of plant-protein agriculture, the efforts of PPIC and Canadian businesses in this sector, and potential collaboration efforts! The visit also included a tour of University of Minnesota's pilot plant and PPIC laboratories. We are grateful for the efforts from the Consulate General of Canada for continuing to support PPIC as one of our collaborators.
