Dr. Baraem Pam Ismail, Founder and Director of the Plant Protein Innovation Center and Professor of Food Science and Nutrition at the University of Minnesota, was recently featured on Agricultural Utilization Research Institute (AURI)’s Ag Innovation News Podcast.
