Last week, the Plant Protein Innovation Center (PPIC) team returned to the Christensen Farms Stage for another year at The Great Minnesota Get-Together! It is always a fun experience connecting with fairgoers, sharing our passion for plant proteins, and highlighting PPIC’s mission of driving innovation across the value chain.
