IMPROVE is happy to announce its international course on alternative proteins. This course will be an opportunity to (re)discover the fundamentals of alternative proteins, from methods of production to applications. A visit to the IMPROVE R&D center will be organized at the end of the day: a good opportunity to see equipment in function.
