We believe the way the industry defats proteins is flawed because it relies in mid-20th Century hydrocarbons that are known carcinogens and we believe we can change this. Our tech both defats and sterilizes proteins at the same time using upcycled CO2 from waste.

For 33 years, Thar Process has converted toxic and wasteful processes with supercritical technologies that provide both a low to no carbon footprint process and cleaner and safer final product.
