The Program Continues to Build and Registration is Now Open for Bridge2Food's Course Americas in Minneapolis, October 18-19.

August 9, 2023 -- Bridge2Food is bringing together key research & development leaders who are working to drive transformation in the plant-based food and alternative proteins industry at its highly regarded Plant-Based Foods & Proteins Course Americas taking place at the Hyatt Regency Minneapolis, October 18-19, 2023.

There are four blocks to participate in during the Course to cover the full spectrum of discussions and the value chain. Hear from University and industry experts on: Latest Insights on Plant Protein Nutrition, Functionalities, & Applications; New Alternative Protein Innovations; and Designing Your Plant-Based Foods. Finally, experience hands-on learning in small groups through workshops that showcase alternative proteins, plant-based food innovations, and process technologies.

“Our hands-on workshops are what sets this conference of learning apart from any other alternative proteins event. There’s a lot of innovative work happening and being able to see, taste, and feel the applications at work truly gives you next-level learning,” says general manager, Vincent Brain. “At this Bridge2Food Course, there is a unique opportunity to connect with those doing the research and development at each step of the value chain.”

The growing list of technical speakers at Course Americas include:

  • Jonathan Blutinger, Design Engineer for Redefine Meat
  • Kathy Greaves, Expert in Plant Protein Nutrition for Nutrition Outside the Box, LLC
  • Sylvain Charlebois, Senior Director, Agri-Food Analytics Lab, Dalhousie University
  • Jessica Mannix, Application Chemist, Elementar
  • Bart Pennings, Global Sales Manager, Cosun Protein
  • Madeline Tucker, Application Specialist, GNT USA, LLC

Of course, making new connections is one of the most valuable benefits and one of the strengths of any Bridge2Food in-person event. On top of the welcome reception, networking dinner, and many informal moments available, we offer scheduled one-to-one business meetings so delegates can be sure to connect with clients and future business partners who are most relevant to their needs and goals. With two full days to network in the sector, key connections are made, and business gets done.
