PPIC at the Minnesota State Fair

The PPIC team is elated to be featured in this year's CFANS exhibit at the Minnesota State Fair. The exhibit featured a virtual reality experience showcasing the journey of a pea from the field, to PPIC research labs, and finally to a family's dinner table. PPIC researchers volunteered at the exhibit throughout the State Fair to engage with fairgoers and answer their most pressing questions about plant-based protein. The exhibit also included a visit from Jeff Ettinger, Interim President of the University of Minnesota, Brian Buhr, CFANS Dean, and Goldy The Gopher. We are grateful to be part of such a dedicated and supportive college at CFANS!
