UMN Interim President and VP of Research tour PPIC
PPIC was honored to host University of Minnesota's Interim President Jeffrey Ettinger and Vice President of Research Shashank Priya along with members from Greater MSP (Peter Frosch, Matt Lewis, and Julia Silvis). As part of their tour of various University labs, they made a special stop to visit and tour the Plant Protein Innovation Center. It was a pleasure to share with them the innovative research we are conducting here! We are grateful to be part of a University dedicated to continuing research.
