The PPIC Research Cohort is a collective of interdisciplinary prinicipal researchers and scientists associated with plant protein research across many disciplines. The cohort collaborate on PPIC-funded projects and is open to collaborating on industry proprietary projects and other types of funded research projects. Our Research Cohort constitutes researchers from the University of Minnesota, as well as other national and international universities and organizations.
